Navigation nodes, and a slow week
This past week hasn't been the most productive I've ever had. A business trip took a few days out of my schedule, and then I spent a day or two rebuilding my development system with a different Linux distro because the one I was using wasn't making me happy.
Things are returning to normal now, and today I added some activatable navigation nodes. They make a sound when activated, and the glyphs begin to glow. The actual system allowing the player to move between nodes doesn't exist yet, but I am adding activated nodes to a list that I can refer to for fast travel at some point in the near future.
On a minor note, the slime attack sound has been updated to sound more "slime like", and slime damage has been adjusted. The player can still drop to zero health without actually dying, but I'll tackle that issue some other day.
